Before you book
Can you supply the heater, or must I buy it?
Either works. We can supply a suitable unit from trusted brands, or install one you've already purchased.
Do I need a dedicated electrical point?
Water heaters should run on a dedicated, properly protected circuit with an isolator. If yours isn't set up that way, we'll add it as part of the job.
How long does installation take?
A straightforward replacement is usually done within a couple of hours. New installations that need extra plumbing or wiring take a little longer.
Is the installation guaranteed?
Yes — our fitting work is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer's product warranty.
