Our services
We provide plumbing and electrical services across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Any quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and the condition of the site as described. If additional work is uncovered once a job begins, we will explain it and seek your approval before proceeding.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices assume reasonable access to the work area and normal working conditions.
- Additional parts or labour arising from hidden or pre-existing faults will be quoted separately for your approval.
Bookings and cancellations
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, so we can offer the slot to another customer. For jobs requiring ordered parts, cancellation may incur a charge for materials already purchased.
Workmanship warranty
Our labour is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of completion. This warranty covers faults arising from our workmanship and does not cover misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear of parts. Supplied products carry their own manufacturer warranty.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and to disclose any known issues relevant to the job. You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required from landlords, management corporations or authorities where applicable.
Liability
We carry out work with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to remedying defective workmanship covered by our warranty. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or indirect losses beyond our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
